I am qualified to handle virtually any dispute related to real property — from commercial landlord-tenant matters to claims arising from non-disclosure in sales transactions to construction defect claims to neighbor disputes and controversies over rights in the lands of others.

I have represented both commercial landlords and tenants in disputes over commercial tenancies, including through unlawful detainer trials and successful resolution of disputes.

I have represented buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals in disputes related to claims of non-disclosure of conditions that affect the value or desirability of real property.

I have represented homeowners in claims against contractors related to negligent construction.

I have assisted parties in resolving controversies over title and ownership of real property, including numerous partition actions.

I have represented homeowners and homeowners associations in disputes between individual homeowners in the common interest developments and claims by homeowners against homeowners associations.

Finally, I have developed a particular affinity for and reputation as counsel for property owners in disputes with neighbors or third parties over use of real property that is something less than ownership, including grants of easement, prescriptive easements, and other rights developed in others’ lands.
